What are the Blackout Dates for 2008.09 Season?
The Double Whammy Value, Limited and the Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort and Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort ONLY passes are not valid the following dates:
November 28 - 29, 2008
December 26 - 31, 2008
January 17 - 18, 2009
February 14 - 15, 2009
How do I get a ticket during pass blackout dates?
Double Whammy Passholders can enjoy the benefit of getting an all day lift ticket for the afternoon rate during pass blackout dates. If the season passholder has signed up for the autocharge feature, they may ski/ride on the blackout dates without purchasing a paper lift ticket. The passholder's credit card assigned to the autocharge will automatically be charged the day's afternoon lift ticket price. If autocharge is not selected, the passholder must purchase a paper lift ticket before skiing/riding on the blackout date.
Is purchasing my pass online secure?
Yes. We do not store your credit card number anywhere on our site. We use the latest secure servers, firewalls and internal security systems to prevent any breach.
What charges will apply to my credit card?
We send your credit card information securely to Cybercash, an industry leader online credit card processing firm. The card will be either accepted or declined. If it was a successful transaction, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which you may keep as a receipt.

What is Resort Autocharge?
Resort Autocharge is a free and convenient service offered to all pass holders. Amenities, lift tickets and more can be purchased with the season pass by linking a designated credit card to the pass. The credit card holder will receive regular statements from the credit card company for the charges made with their season pass. If the season passholder has signed up for the autocharge feature, they may ski/ride on the blackout dates without purchasing a paper lift ticket. The passholder's credit card assigned to the autocharge will automatically be charged the day's lift ticket price. How do you process my pass photo?
If you are a passholder from past years we can reuse the same photo. If you are not, or are in need of a new photo, you will need to come to one of the resorts to have your photo taken before we can process your pass. A current liability and photo must be on file with the season pass office before the pass is reactivated or issued. Passholders may not wear helmets, hats, goggles or dark glasses in the photos. The season pass office will notify you if you need a new picture.
What is the Season Pass policy?

This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

There is a $25.00 fee for a replacement pass.

A Photo ID is required at time of pass pick up.

Passes may be revoked without refund if the passholder is caught reckless skiing, riding or participating in conduct that is not consistent with safe and prudent skiing/snowboarding, violates "Your Responsibility Code" or the law.
What are the College Season Pass conditions?
Driver's license/I.D., College ID and proof of a minimum of 6 class credits for the current semester/quarter required at resort to receive pass. No photo copies or faxes accepted. Student's name must appear on class enrollment form. No exceptions.
How can my friends and family ski/snowboard at a discount?
Bring a guest on the days your pass is valid and they will receive $10 off an adult all-day lift ticket (ages 23 - 69) or $5 off a young adult all day ticket (ages 13 - 22), excluding holiday blackout dates. Passholder must present pass with guest at ticket window. One discounted all-day lift ticket per passholder, applicable on day of visit only.
How do I get my season pass?
Once your photo is taken and the pass is processed, you may pick-up your pass at the resort.
